Join colleagues from the Southwest Region on March 24-26, 2025 for excellent professional education and networking at the Center for Chamber of Commerce Excellence.  This great training is coupled with unbridled excitement as we partner again with Texas A&M University.  We look forward to seeing everyone at our in-person conference.

  • Early Bird Registration - 06/01/23 to 11/30/23 = $475
  • Regular Registration - 12/01/23 to 1/31/24 = $525

 

The registration deadline is 5:00 pm on 3/10/25.

 

HOTEL: The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is the official CCCE hotel. 

The room rate is $159/night King, $169/night double queen. 

    • Reservations must be made by January 26, 2025 to get the conference rate.  We have limited rooms available.  Please reserve your room early to get the conference rate.
    • You can reserve your room online by clicking here or calling the hotel at 888-654-4436.  If you call, please let them know you would like a room in the CCCE block.

NOTE:  If you attended the conference last year, you need your login information to Texas A&M University’s Continuing and Professional Education Canvas platform.  If you forgot your username and password, please contact Dr. Janice Meyer at janice.meyer@tamu.edu BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO REGISTER and she will provide that information to you. 

POLICIES:

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Full refund of registration fee if canceled up to 30 days before the conference start date. 50% refund for cancellations 29 days to 15 days prior to the conference start date. No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before the conference start date. Please email your cancellation request to Dr. Janice Meyer at janice.meyer@tamu.edu.

Attendance Policy: Participants must attend all classes to receive credit toward their CCCE. Please be sure your travel arrangements provide adequate time to complete all classes. Make-up work will be assigned for missing 25% or more of any class. Additionally, missing more than two full classes will require participants to re-enroll in the current year program.

If you cannot attend a class or classes your advisor must be notified in advance.  

 Make-up Work Requirement: Make-up work must be submitted to the CCCE Committee Chair and TCCE Executive Director within 30 days for review. These individuals have final approval on the acceptance of make-up work.

 Requirements for make-up work are as follows:

  • A 500-word essay on the topic missed including three sources. One source must be a Chamber peer on the topic.
